The Young FIDE Seminar provides a platform for young EU law scholars, who will have the opportunity to present their work and undergo expert evaluation during panels corresponding to the three main themes of the Congress. The seminar will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice.
As part of the Young FIDE Seminar, we have the great pleasure of announcing the list of speakers who will appear at the event. The speakers’ presentations will be compatible with the topics of the three pillars of the FIDE Congress.
Topic I: EU Emergency Law
Topic II: EU Digital Economy: general framework (DSA/DMA) and specialised regimes
Topic III: Energy solidarity and energy security – from green transition to the EU’s crisis management
